Six leadership roles in a decade. From Senior Business Analyst to VP of Enterprise Operations at Liberty Mutual, I ran digital transformation across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and operational excellence. I know the loss ratio math, the NAIC compliance gauntlets, the Guidewire and Duck Creek migrations, the stakeholder politics between actuarial, product, and distribution. Before Liberty Mutual, I was at Accenture, advising Fortune 500 insurance and financial services clients on strategy and large-scale operational transformation.

In regulated industries, operational discipline is not the obstacle to AI. It is the prerequisite. The carriers and fintech firms that win are the ones that get the basics right first, and then layer intelligence on top.

That conviction is what I build on. I co-founded The WORK Company, where I serve as COO leading strategy and product for an enterprise platform ecosystem. We built the HumanPotentialIndex, a proprietary framework that measures human adaptability across cognitive, emotional, behavioral, social, and growth dimensions, helping carriers and enterprises assess whether their people are ready for AI-augmented operations. We created Work Congress, a global think tank that brings together governments, organizations, and citizens to strengthen jobs and economic resilience in the age of AI.

Everything I write comes from operating inside the machine, not advising from outside it. I have sat in the room where the loss run was wrong, where the rate filing got rejected, where the claims backlog was 40 days and climbing. That is the lens I bring to AI strategy: not what is theoretically possible, but what actually ships in a regulated enterprise.

Outside of work, I love long walks, reading, and supporting new entrants on paving successful paths in their journey.
